Next Steps

  1. Once order is submitted, you will be redirected to the payment page.

  2. An order confirmation will then be sent to your registered email address.

  3. Please present this order confirmation upon pick-up.


Important reminders

  • Orders for the week are accepted until Wednesday 12:00 PM only. Orders placed beyond the cut-off time will be accommodated the following week. 

  • Please ensure payment/s are made on or before 11:59 PM, Wednesday.

  • Order Confirmation will be sent out on or before Thursday. 

  • The invoice will reflect the total amount, GST inclusive.

  • Only orders with confirmed payment will be prepared for pick-up.

  • We only accept credit card payments.

  • In the event of a cancellation, payments may be held as credit for a future order. Refunds are not available, so please confirm your order before payment to avoid inconvenience.


 PICK-UP REMINDERS:

  • Pick-up is on Friday between 2:00–3:00 PM only.

  • Please present a copy of your order confirmation when collecting your order.
